Choo Sung-hoon, fondly known as the ‘nation’s favorite uncle,’ is making his return to tvN’s hit variety show ‘Handsome Guys.’ Set to air on June 16, the 15th episode will feature a special ‘Gangwon Noodle Road’ theme, exploring the region’s famous noodle dishes. Choo will join the cast as a one-day guest, bringing his trademark humor and liveliness.
Previously, Choo delighted audiences with his ‘no-competitive spirit macho racer’ persona, prioritizing food over competition. This time, he’s expected to bring the same carefree charm, as seen when he joked, “I’ve never skied in Korea. Forget bingo, let’s go sledding instead!” showcasing his unique take on challenges.
In a surprising twist, Choo will temporarily shed his ‘macho’ image and unveil his ‘fruity charm.’ As he takes on physical challenge missions, viewers can expect a playful side filled with dance moves and exaggerated expressions. In particular, during the spinning challenge, despite initially resisting by saying, “Winking isn’t exercise, let’s just work out!” he quickly transformed into a lively performer as soon as the music started, leaving everyone stunned.
