Who Are IXIA?
Another day, another rookie K-pop group—but this one has a digital twist. Meet IXIA, a four-member virtual girl group ready to make their debut on August 27 with their digital single ‘Hide & Find’.
Virtual Visuals, Real Hype
Produced by entertainment company MegaMeta, IXIA is made up of members Cheonga, Haerang, Luhwa, and Jiya. Despite being digital creations, these girls come with unique personalities, stunning visuals, and even fluency in multiple foreign languages—clearly crafted with the global audience in mind.
The Countdown Begins
On August 13, IXIA’s official social media dropped a teaser scheduler outlining all the pre-debut content. Think concept photos, a 3D teaser, and tracklist reveals—all leading up to the single release at 6 PM KST on August 27.
The scheduler featured a set of mysterious footsteps, symbolizing the girls’ journey toward their dreams. A glimpse of their backs sparked curiosity among fans, with the seductively dreamy visuals setting the tone for their unique concept.
A Magical Concept with a Message
IXIA is more than pixels and visuals. According to their lore, each member possesses a special power to protect love—yes, think magical girl energy meets pop powerhouse. Their mission? To spread love and hope through music. We’re not crying, you’re crying.
From the Brain Behind Cha Eun-woo & More
IXIA is powered by none other than Na Byung-jun, the former Fantagio founder who helped launch names like Cha Eun-woo, Seo Kang-jun, and Ha Jung-woo. This is his first go at a virtual artist IP (intellectual property), so expectations are sky-high.
