(G)I-DLE’s ‘Queencard’ Music Video Surpasses 400 Million Views

K-pop sensation (G)I-DLE has officially hit a new milestone. As of June 19, the group’s viral hit ‘Queencard’ music video has surpassed 400 million views on YouTube, marking the first time the group has reached this number in its career.

A Breakthrough with Unstoppable Global Popularity

Released in May 2023 as the title track of their sixth mini album I Feel, ‘Queencard’ was an instant sensation. It captivated both domestic and international fans, racking up over 100 million views in just 18 days and kickstarting what many called the ‘Queencard fever’ worldwide.

Setting Records with Every Release

This isn’t the group’s only hit. Other popular tracks such as ‘TOMBOY’ and ‘Nxde’ have each surpassed 300 million views, while ‘LATATA’ and ‘Oh my god’ both crossed the 200 million mark. Many of their other music videos and performance clips—like ‘HANN (Alone)’, ‘LION’, ‘HWAA’, and ‘Allergy’—have each reached over 100 million views, highlighting the group’s global impact and consistent popularity.

Rebranding and Record-Breaking Sales

Recently, the group entered a new era by rebranding its name styling to simply (G)I-DLE, signaling a refreshed image. Their latest release, mini album 8, ‘We are’, launched them into new heights with first-week album sales of 1,063,526 copies. This accomplishment crowned them four-time million-sellers and set the highest initial sales record among K-pop girl groups this year.

Taking Over Japan This Summer

The global takeover doesn’t stop there. In August, the group is slated to perform on the main stage at Japan’s largest music festival, SUMMER SONIC 2025. Come October, they’ll also begin a Japan tour, giving fans overseas a chance to experience their live performances up close.

A Group That Keeps Breaking the Mold

With their unique concept, bold lyrics, and chart-topping hits, (G)I-DLE is proving to be a powerhouse in the K-pop scene. As one fan put it, “They’re not just idols—they’re trendsetters. Every comeback feels like a cultural reset.”

From addictive hooks to visually striking concepts, (G)I-DLE continues to capture hearts and set new standards in the industry.
