K-pop powerhouse Stray Kids are marking their 7th anniversary with a heartfelt surprise for their fans. On June 21, the group released a new digital single, ‘Mixtape: dominATE,’ as part of their ongoing ‘Mixtape Project,’ which started in 2019. This latest release follows previous installments such as ‘Mixtape: Gone Days’ and ‘Mixtape: Time Out,’ continuing to highlight the group’s unique sound and creativity.
Produced by 3RACHA—Stray Kids’ in-house production team comprising Bang Chan, Changbin, and Han—the single represents a collaborative effort from all members. It features unit tracks such as ‘GIANT (Korean Ver.),’ Changbin & I.N’s ‘Burnin’ Tires,’ Han & Felix’s ‘Truman,’ Bang Chan & Hyunjin’s ‘ESCAPE,’ and Lee Know & Seungmin’s ‘CINEMA,’ each highlighting different vocal and rap styles within the group. Fans have dubbed these units ‘dream collaborations,’ building excitement worldwide.
Adding to the buzz, these unit performances will debut during Stray Kids’ world tour ‘,’ kicking off on June 27-28 in Santiago. The tour spans 34 cities across Latin America, North America, Japan, and Europe, with 55 concerts expected to draw a record-breaking 2.2 million attendees, making it one of the largest K-pop tours ever.
