JUN. K (real name Kim Minjun), a member of K-pop group 2PM, brought his solo tour ‘JUN. K Solo Tour 2025 “O/N”‘ to a triumphant close in Japan. Starting in Nagoya on January 17 and concluding in Yokohama on March 23 after stops including Osaka, the tour drew widespread acclaim from local fans.
The setlist centered around his first Japanese-release cover album ‘O/N,’ featuring reinterpretations of Japanese pop classics. During his Yokohama finale, JUN. K wowed audiences with covers like Hikaru Utada’s “Automatic,” Miki Matsubara’s “Stay With Me,” Mariya Takeuchi’s “Plastic Love,” Anri’s “Remember Summer Days,” Original Love’s “Kiss,” and MISIA’s “Ai no Katachi.”
Greeting fans warmly, JUN. K said, “Hello, I’m your JUN. K. It’s great to be back in Yokohama again this year.” He delivered a mix of solo performances including “LOVE & HATE,” “Paint this love,” “NO SHADOW,” “Comma,” “Walking on the Moon,” and “Better Man.”
He also touched fans by singing 2PM favorites like “Boku to Mata” and “My House.” Reflecting on the experience, JUN. K shared, “I was nervous about covering legendary songs by iconic Japanese artists, but your support made me so happy. Thank you and I love you.”
The encore featured Mika Nakashima’s “Sakurairo Maukoro” and 2PM’s “Hot,” wrapping up the show on an emotional high as fans chanted his name and shared heartfelt slogan messages.
Venturing into J-pop through this solo tour and album, JUN. K expanded his musical horizons and took on bold new challenges. He expressed his dedication to continuing his musical journey in 2025, saying, “I’ll keep exploring new genres and hope to keep sharing good music with all of you.”
