n.SSign Brings Big Laughs on Variety Show Appearance
K-pop group n.SSign appeared on the popular YouTube variety program ‘Come This Way 2’, drawing attention from fans with their vibrant energy and candid storytelling. Members Kazuta, Hanjun, and Sungyun showcased their wit and warm chemistry alongside Super Junior’s Donghae and Eunhyuk in the episode released on May 5.
Unusual Talents and Quick Wit
The episode kicked off with the “talent show” segment, where the members demonstrated quirky and entertaining skills. Kazuta impressed everyone with a blind coffee tasting challenge, correctly identifying four different brands of coffee. Hanjun showed off his flexible tongue by shaping it into an ‘M’, earning laughs from the audience. Sungyun gave a comedic impersonation of veteran singer Lee Seung-hwan, adding even more fun to the mix.
“Reaction Kings” Take Over
In the second part of the show, the trio proved their status as “reaction kings” during a video reaction segment. Kazuta proudly proclaimed, “n.SSign is a reaction powerhouse!” Their expressive and timely reactions drew praise from the hosts. Eunhyuk jokingly called out Sungyun’s exaggerated expressions, saying, “Sungyun’s reactions are the only fake thing about him!” to which Sungyun confidently replied, “Even fake can be useful,” earning laughs for his quick wit.
Heartfelt Confessions and Hilarious Stories
During the final chapter, titled “Honest Talk,” the members opened up. Hanjun shared a story about his current agency’s vice president, a former Super Junior manager, saying, “When I complained about our packed schedule during our first arena performance, he told me, ‘Super Junior had it even worse,’ and I was both resentful and respectful.”
Sungyun revealed a quirky story from before his debut about his ‘kiss-obsessed’ personality, prompting laughter and light teasing from the hosts. By the end of the show, Sungyun was named the top “Heart Talker,” proving his storytelling finesse.
A Glimpse Into the Future
Wrapping up the episode, the three idols expressed their gratitude. “It’s an honor to work with our respected seniors. Next time, we’ll bring even more talents and stories,” they said in unison.
Meanwhile, n.SSign is building serious momentum in the K-pop scene. Their title track from third mini-album ‘Love Potion’ recently won first place on a music broadcast, cementing their status as rising global stars. After completing successful concerts in Korea and a fan meeting in Taiwan, the group is also set to kick off a North American tour this June.
