LUN8 Makes Their Comeback with ‘LOST’

After seven months out of the spotlight, rookie boy group LUN8 is back—and they’re bringing some serious glow-up energy. On June 17 at 6 PM KST, the group unveiled their second mini-album LOST across all major music platforms. The release marks their bold return and a new artistic chapter in their journey through the ever-shifting landscapes of K-pop.

The Sound of Light and Shadow

The album LOST sets the tone for a moody yet luminous voyage. According to the group, the project explores the tension between darkness and light—capturing the beauty of searching for your brilliance in a world of uncertainty.

The title track, also named “LOST,” is a lush pop-dance anthem that blends rhythmic beats with a touch of dream-pop haze. It opens like a cinematic slow burn—complete with a hypnotic whistle hook—and blossoms into a full-on emotional release. The lyrics express longing so intense it consumes everything, pulling the listener deeper into LUN8’s world.

Stephen Puth Lends a Hand

Adding some international flair to the mix, the track features songwriting by Stephen Puth, the American singer-songwriter and younger brother of Charlie Puth. His touch helps polish the song’s already sleek production, creating a cross-cultural collaboration that’s as global-friendly as it is emotionally tuned.

Tracklist Highlights

  • “LOST” – Title track with an ethereal pop dance feel
  • “Bad Girl” – Gritty guitar meets hip-hop drums in this combative banger
  • “Nauty” – A summer-ready moombahton groove laced with irresistible melodies

Each of the three tracks showcases different sides of LUN8’s sonic range—because this group clearly didn’t come to play.

Fan Meet Launches Comeback

Just one and a half hours after the album’s drop, LUN8 held their first-ever fan meeting, “LUN8 Company: Project #1,” at Yes24 Live Hall in Seoul. Fans were treated to the debut performance of the new songs, giving them a front-row seat to the group’s post-debut evolution. It’s the kind of intimate event that blurs the line between idol and friend—classic K-pop fanservice, in the best way.

From South Korea to Europe—and Back

Now entering their third year since debut, LUN8 has been busy turning heads. They’ve dropped three mini albums and a digital single in Korea, charmed fans with their evolving concept chemistry, and even wrapped a successful five-city European tour. Japan also got special treatment with the release of their first full-length album, Elevation.

With a deepening discography, sharper performances, and global ambitions, LUN8 isn’t planning to get lost anytime soon. If anything, they’re just getting started.
