Jimin Checks In After Paris and Drops BTS Reunion Tease

BTS’s Jimin lit up the Weverse stage with a surprise livestream on June 2, just a day after attending Dior’s fashion show in Paris as a global ambassador. Still glowing from the runway lights, the singer took time to reconnect with fans worldwide—and opened up about where his head’s at these days.

“We’re All Working Really Hard on the Album”

Let’s get straight to the good stuff—yes, a BTS comeback is still very much on the horizon. “I’m working really hard on the album,” Jimin shared. “I’ve been running a lot and dieting too. Let’s try to do it well and fast. Right—it’s about time BTS makes a comeback.”

ARMY, breathe: BTS’s full group reunion is set for spring 2026, and a massive world tour is also in the works.

Though Jimin didn’t spill too many spoilers, he did build up the hype. “I’m really looking forward to it. It’s going to be a very meaningful album for all of us.”

Life After Enlistment—and Looking Ahead

With his military service behind him, and a few more months until BTS’s group activities ramp up, Jimin reflected on the in-between moments. “It’s been a while since I got to talk like this,” he said. “Now that the military’s done, and the gap won’t be long—we’ll be going overseas once the album drops. I just really want to keep showing everyone a good version of myself.”

“Becoming a Good Adult Isn’t Easy”

Jimin didn’t shy away from heavier thoughts either. “A lot has happened,” he admitted. “I want to be someone fans and people in general can feel proud of. But living life well—it’s not easy. Becoming a good adult, leading a good life… Those are all tough things.”

He added, “What matters is that I keep trying. Being an adult isn’t just about age. But I’m committed to living well and showing my best self. It’s been a while since I opened up like this.”

Don’t Worry About Me, I’m Grateful

Wrapping up the stream with warmth and a wink, Jimin reassured fans: “Don’t worry about me. I’m really grateful today. Thanks for showing up and watching. Let’s meet in Korea soon.”

ICYMI: Jimin and the Latest Rumors

Recently, dating rumors resurfaced between Jimin and actress Song Da Eun. BigHit Music quickly addressed it: “The two had mutual feelings several years ago but are not in a relationship now. Please refrain from speculative comments about his private life.”

Whether he’s on the runway or just running toward his future, Jimin’s heart-to-heart left fans worldwide feeling seen. And with BTS’s comeback clock now ticking, all eyes are officially back on Bangtan.
