Close Your Eyes Hints at Blockbuster Comeback
K-pop rookie group Close Your Eyes (Jeon Minwook, Ma Jingxiang, Jang Yeojoon, Kim Sungmin, Song Seungho, Kenshin, and Seo Kyungbae) is turning heads with their upcoming comeback. The group’s agency, Uncore, unveiled the second teaser for their new double title track ‘Snowy Summer’ on July 6 via their official YouTube channel.
A Spooky Summer with Snow and Zombies
The teaser begins with an eerie visual: a smiling portrait, a blood-drawn “Are You Ready?”, and a jittery couple caught off guard by something on their TV screen. Suddenly, the scene cuts to a snowy field where the members of Close Your Eyes are dancing among zombies—yes, zombies—in what feels more like a horror film than a K-pop music video.
Song Seungho appears shocked as something crashes into the window. Moments later, he gasps when he notices Kenshin beside him. Add a ghost emerging from a television screen, and you’ve got a thriller-style teaser that’s hard to look away from.
A Unique Twist on a Summer Album
‘Snowy Summer’ explores a fantastical story of boys who miss their chance at a white Christmas and instead create their own festive July. Known for edgy storytelling and genre-blending, Close Your Eyes continues to break K-pop norms with this unconventional summer comeback.
