Rising Star Jieun to Press Pause for Recovery

Just two months into AHOF’s official debut, member Jieun is stepping away from all group activities due to health reasons. According to a statement released on September 16 by F&F Entertainment, doctors have recommended ‘complete rest and recovery,’ prompting the agency to make the difficult call.

“Though Jieun strongly expressed her desire to continue, we believe health must always come first,” the company said. “She’ll be focusing entirely on getting better for now.”

AHOF Moves Forward as 8-Member Team

Starting immediately, AHOF will continue promoting as an 8-member group, made up of Steven, Seo Jungwoo, Cha Eunki, Zhang Shuaibo, Park Han, JL, Park Juwon, and Daisuke.

The sudden announcement has naturally sparked concern among fans, especially with the group’s momentum building post-debut. However, many are flooding social media with supportive messages: “We’ll wait for you, Jieun!” and “Take all the time you need.”

From Rookie Spotlight to Road to Recovery

AHOF only recently stepped into the K-pop spotlight, garnering attention for their diverse lineup and powerful debut. Fan anticipation was riding high—not just in Korea, but in Japan too, where local fans were eager to meet the group’s members up close.

Now, all eyes remain on Jieun’s health and the group’s dynamic moving forward. For now, fans can expect performances, music promotions, and appearances with the remaining eight members as they continue to build their presence in the K-pop scene.

Jieun’s Comeback? Stay Tuned

No return timeline has been set yet, but F&F Entertainment assured fans they’re doing everything they can to ensure Jieun recovers fully. If all goes well, we may see her back—stronger and healthier than ever.

Until then, AHOF marches on, proving that in K-pop—as in life—the show must go on, but health always comes first.
