Big Ocean, the world’s first idol group composed of deaf members, is preparing for their highly anticipated return with a brand-new mini-album in April. Their agency, Parastar Entertainment, confirmed that members Chanyeon, Hyunjin, and Jiseok will unveil fresh music, accompanied by a revamped logo.
Departing from their previously bright and youthful image, the group aims to present a more mature and evolved concept. This comeback marks their first release since November 2023’s debut mini-album, ‘Follow,’ showcasing their growth and artistic transformation.
Big Ocean, which debuted on April 20, 2023, to commemorate Korea’s National Disabled Persons’ Day, has steadily gained recognition both domestically and overseas. Their tracks, including ‘Glow,’ ‘BLOW,’ ‘SLOW’ (featuring Young K of DAY6), and ‘FLOW,’ have received international attention for spreading messages of resilience and positivity.
Following the success of their first solo concert in Nagoya, Japan, Big Ocean is gearing up for their inaugural European tour, ‘Underwater.’ The tour, which symbolizes awakening hidden potential and instincts, kicks off on April 19-20 in Lausanne, Switzerland, before heading to Milan, London, Paris, and Montpellier.
Fans eagerly await to see how Big Ocean will redefine their artistry with this upcoming release and overseas tour.
