Who Are In A Minute?

Fresh on the Hallyu radar, In A Minute is the K-pop trio turning heads with heart-on-sleeve lyrics and stage charisma to match. Formed by former TAN members Jaejun and Hyunyeop, along with Junte from JT&MARCUS, the group’s mission is simple: capture hearts in a heartbeat—literally.

They made their official debut in March 2025 with the single “Unboxing: What You Wanted” after warming up fans with a pre-debut fanmeeting in 2024. Most recently, they dropped their first EP “BGM: HOW WE RISE – PLAY” on August 25, and it’s already collecting milestones. With the title track “How We Do” surpassing 1 million views on YouTube, this is not just another rookie group. They’re making bold moves.

Japan Release Events: Osaka and Tokyo

In celebration of their EP, In A Minute is heading to Japan for a string of live events and talk sessions. Fans in Osaka can catch them from October 10–13, and in Tokyo from November 11–16. Better yet, mini stages offer free viewing options—a rare treat in K-pop’s polished promo world.

What’s in the EP?

The 4-track EP kicks off with “Press Play”, which nearly became the title song. According to Hyunyeop, “It sets the vibe—like opening credits to our story.”

  • “How We Do” – Their declaration of chasing dreams on their own terms. “It’s raw, it’s us,” said Junte.
  • “5ive” – A funky love letter to fans. Think high-five, but in sonic form. “We wanted it to feel like a hand raised toward the crowd,” said Hyunyeop.
  • “At Dawn” – A melancholic ballad that Jaejun and Junte had in the vault for ages. Hyunyeop’s airy intro seals the deal. “It’s about the quiet that follows goodbye,” Junte shared.

Monthly Drops? Yup—It’s #MINUTEProject

The group also launched a monthly release challenge called the “Monthly MINUTE Project.” Forced deadline? Maybe. But for them, it’s creative fuel. Jaejun explains, “It’s helped us explore genres we wouldn’t normally touch. Growth, experimentation, and fan feedback—it’s been a win all around.”

What Makes Them “Grab Hearts in a Minute”?

“It’s the sincerity,” says Jaejun. The group not only writes and produces their own stuff, they deliver it with zero filter and maximum intent. “Plus,” he adds cheekily, “our visuals aren’t too bad either.”

Their synergy stands out too. “Three members, three flavors. The combo makes magic,” said Hyunyeop. For new fans, it’s this blend of strong individuality and teamwork that hits different live.

Message to Fans

As they gear up for the Japan showcase, the boys had a few words for fans—old and new.

“We’re going to show everything we’ve worked on,” Junte says. “And if it’s your first time seeing us, prepare to fall in love.”

Hyunyeop even threw in a request: “Be gentle with my clumsy Japanese. I’m trying, I promise!”

Catch In A Minute live this fall, and yes—they really do live up to their name.
