IVE Bids Farewell to Japan with a Grand Finale in Yokohama
K-pop powerhouse IVE (members: Ahn Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, and Leeseo) has completed their fan concert tour in Japan, concluding the journey with a spectacular final performance at the Yokohama K-Arena on April 30.
11 Shows, 4 Cities, and Over 100,000 Fans
IVE’s tour, titled IVE THE 1st FAN CONCERT ‘The IVE Scoute in Japan’, spanned across major cities including Nagoya, Fukuoka, Kobe, and Yokohama. The group captivated audiences across 11 performances, drawing an impressive crowd of more than 100,000 fans. Particularly meaningful was the concert in Nagoya—hometown of member Rei—which held a special emotional significance for the group and fans alike.
First-Ever Live Showcase in Japan for New Songs
The tour featured the live debut of several songs in Japan, including the pre-released track “HEART <3” and the title song “Accendio” from their third mini-album ‘IVE SWITCH’. Member Gaeul contributed by choreographing part of the performance for “TKO,” adding a personal and creative touch to the stage.
The setlist included a mix of hits such as the Japanese version of “ELEVEN”, local original songs, and special unit stages, which garnered enthusiastic reactions from local fans.
Interactive Fan Moments: “DIVE MISSION”
One of the most exciting parts of the fan concert was the “DIVE MISSION: Move it, Do it!” segment, where the members completed fun challenges submitted by fans prior to the show. Throughout the concerts, the members communicated warmly in Japanese, enhancing the bond with their fans and building unforgettable memories.
