K-pop Rookie Group AHOF Debuts with Poignant First Album

Rising K-pop group AHOF, formed through SBS’s ‘Universe League,’ debuts with their first mini-album ‘WHO WE ARE,’ capturing youthful sincerity and the journey to self-discovery.

AHOF Steps into the Spotlight with Debut Album

On July 1, the nine-member group AHOF officially made their debut with the release of their first mini-album ‘WHO WE ARE’. The group was formed through SBS’s survival show Universe League, where they emerged as the winning team. The final lineup includes Steven, Seo Jungwoo, Cha Woonggi, Zhang Shuaibo, Park Han, JL, Park Juwon, Zeun, and Daisuke.

A Name Full of Meaning and Ambition

The name AHOF is an acronym for “All time Hall Of Famer” and also symbolizes the number 9—often seen as an incomplete number, highlighting the group’s aspirations to continuously grow. With dreams of reaching the Hall of Fame in K-pop history, AHOF presents itself as a team of limitless potential and evolving identity.

‘WHO WE ARE’: A Journey Toward Identity

AHOF’s debut album isn’t just a showcase of fresh talent—it’s a sincere introduction to who they are. ‘WHO WE ARE’ traces the emotional and artistic journey of nine youths seeking to define their identity before achieving ‘completeness.’

The Title Track: A Melancholic ‘Rendezvous’

The album’s lead track ‘Rendezvous (그곳에서 다시 만나기로 해)’ paints a vivid scene of youthful longing. Built on dreamy guitar and drum instrumentals, the song captures a wistful moment where hope and uncertainty coexist. Through its lyrics, the members convey unspoken emotions and unresolved feelings that linger in life’s fleeting encounters.

Capturing Global Attention

With their raw sincerity and untapped potential, AHOF’s debut marks more than just a new chapter in their lives—it signals the arrival of a promising K-pop act on the global stage. Fans worldwide are eager to see how these ‘unfinished youths’ grow into tomorrow’s stars.

Debut Now Available

AHOF’s ‘WHO WE ARE’ is now available on major music streaming platforms as of July 1.
