Nam Woohyun, the former INFINITE member turned solo artist, is making a much-anticipated comeback with his fifth mini-album Tree Ring. On July 18 at midnight KST, his agency Billions revealed the final concept photo, stirring excitement among fans.
Dark Charisma Meets Refined Style
The newly released image draws attention with a sleek black backdrop, spotlighting Nam Woohyun’s black hair and all-black outfit. With eye-catching accessories such as a nose cuff and layered necklaces, he exudes a mysterious yet bold charisma. His intense gaze delivers a chic and sensual impression, perfectly matching the dark styling.
Another image highlighting his sharply defined jawline and straight nose instantly captivated fans, showcasing a different side of his handsome visuals. Through the four concept photo versions revealed so far, Woohyun has effortlessly embodied various styles—from casual boyish charm to dandy elegance, pure visuals, and now a commanding charisma.
First Comeback in 10 Months
Tree Ring marks Nam Woohyun’s official return to the music scene after 10 months, following the release of his digital single Boyfriend in September last year. With anticipation already high, fans are eager to experience his musical evolution.
‘Tree High School’ Concert Tour Begins in August
To celebrate the comeback, Woohyun is also launching his solo concert tour aptly titled “Arbor Day 5 – Tree High School”. The tour kicks off with two performances in Seoul at Olympic Hall on August 16 and 17, followed by stops in Macau (September 14), Taipei (October 19), Kuala Lumpur (October 25), Manila (November 15), and Hong Kong (November 22–23).
The school-theme concept, reflected in the title “Tree High School,” has already generated buzz. The poster, depicting Nam Woohyun dressed up as both a teacher and a student, hints at a creative and nostalgic stage experience. Unsurprisingly, tickets for the Seoul shows sold out immediately during the fan pre-sale, reaffirming Woohyun’s enduring status as a beloved K-pop star.
