Singer Park Ji-hyun successfully wrapped up his solo concert in his hometown of Mokpo, creating unforgettable memories with fans. Held on March 15 and 16 at Mokpo Indoor Gymnasium, the concert titled ‘SHOWMANSHIP – Mokpo’ marked his debut’s second anniversary. This event was the third stop in his solo tour, following concerts in Seoul and Daegu.

For 160 minutes, Park captivated the audience with his vibrant song selections and dynamic staging. Opening the show with his hit song ‘Turn on the Blinker,’ he set the stage for an exciting evening. Expressing his joy at performing in his hometown, he interacted closely with fans through an on-stage Q&A session.

A highlight of the concert was his special dance performance combining the songs ‘Coming of Age Ceremony’ and ‘Honey,’ showcasing both his cute and charismatic sides. Fans also enjoyed a humorous parody video of the classic Korean film ‘Tazza’ and a ‘Youth Rest Stop’ medley.

In the second half, Park performed his new mini-album tracks, including title song ‘Sea Man’ and ‘Harbor Farewell,’ delivering emotional performances filled with deep lyrical expressions. He continued to showcase his vocal prowess with moving renditions of ‘Fool’ and ‘Geomungo.’

Ending the night on a high note, Park energized the crowd with a ‘Nightclub Medley’ and wrapped up with ‘Don’t Leave Me.’ The encore featured ‘We Can Do It’ and ‘I Love When You Smile,’ raising anticipation for his continuing nationwide tour with upcoming stops in Suwon, Gwangju, Daejeon, Jeonju, and Busan.

Since his rise to fame on ‘Mr. Trot 2,’ Park Ji-hyun has solidified his position as a multi-talented entertainer, appearing in variety shows and releasing albums. Fans eagerly anticipate his next moves as he continues his musical journey.

Meanwhile, Park is making waves in the March Netizen Awards, ranking second overall with 39,500 votes as of March 17 at 6:30 PM. He is nearing the ‘40,000 club,’ drawing attention to whether his fans will secure him the top spot by the end of the month.
