RESCENE Brings K-pop Energy to the Baseball Field
K-pop girl group RESCENE is stepping up to the plate—literally. The rising idols will appear at a professional baseball game between the Kiwoom Heroes and KT Wiz, held at 2 PM on April 20 at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.
Mei and Liv Take the Lead
Mei has been selected to throw the ceremonial first pitch, while Liv will step in as the ceremonial batter. The two, along with members Woni, Minami, and Jenna, represent the dynamic spirit of RESCENE, known for their feel-good energy and growing fanbase.
Singing the National Anthem and More
Beyond throwing the pitch, RESCENE will also perform the Korean national anthem and deliver a celebratory stage performance. Fans can expect the idols to light up the arena with their signature positivity and stage presence.
An Honor for the Rising Group
“It’s truly an honor to participate in a Kiwoom Heroes game,” said the members of RESCENE. “We’ll give it our all and hope every athlete finishes the game safely. Let’s go for victory!”
This marks another proud moment for the group, who recently wrapped up promotions for their second mini album Glow Up, achieving what many are calling a ‘career high’.
Turning Heads with ‘LOVE ATTACK’
RESCENE’s first mini album, released in August last year, included their title track ‘LOVE ATTACK,’ which climbed to No. 95 on Melon’s daily chart as of April 9. The track resonated with fans, paving the way for their rise in popularity and fueling a viral resurgence often seen with standout K-pop releases.
With their baseball stadium debut locked in and fan engagement soaring, RESCENE is proving their charm extends far beyond the stage.
