Asia Artist Awards 2025 Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary in Style
The Asia Artist Awards (AAA), one of the biggest K-pop and K-drama celebrations, is turning 10 this year—and it’s pulling out all the stops. Slated for December 6 and 7 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, the mega-event will feature a glittering lineup of top-tier artists and actors from South Korea and beyond.
RIIZE, LE SSERAFIM, Stray Kids & IVE Confirmed
Leading the charge on the idol front are four of K-pop’s hottest groups: RIIZE, LE SSERAFIM, Stray Kids, and IVE. These powerhouse acts are set to light up the stage at the Kaohsiung National Stadium.
RIIZE: Triple Million Sellers and World Tour Kings
RIIZE (Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Sohee, and Anton) has had a massive year. Their debut full-length album ‘ODYSSEY’ sold over 1.8 million copies within a week of release, making them triple million-sellers. They’re now on a 14-city world tour that kicked off with sold-out shows in Seoul.
LE SSERAFIM: Billboard Darlings
LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae) continues breaking ground in the U.S. Their four consecutive albums have charted in the Billboard 200 Top 10—an extraordinary feat for a fourth-generation girl group. Their upcoming North American tour sold out shows in six major cities on day one.
Stray Kids: Streaming Royalty
Stray Kids (Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N) are smashing records. Their latest album ‘KARMA’ sold over 2 million copies on day one. They also became the first 4th-gen K-pop group to hit 20 million Spotify followers. Oh, and on the first day of its release? ‘KARMA’ racked up 18.26 million streams—no big deal.
IVE: Global It-Girls
IVE (An Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, and Leeseo) recently returned with mini-album ‘IVE SECRET.’ Their title track ‘XOXOZ’ and earlier singles like ‘ATTITUDE’ and ‘REBEL HEART’ dominated charts and music shows. They also made history as the first girl group to perform at Lollapalooza in three different cities two years in a row.
What Else to Expect at AAA 2025?
The 10th anniversary edition spans two full days: the awards ceremony on December 6, hosted by IVE’s Jang Wonyoung and actor Lee Junho, and a “AAA Festa” on December 7, fronted by Jun-Young Lee, (G)I-DLE’s Shuhua, CRAVITY’s Allen, and VICTON’s Kiki Xu.
Big acting names also confirmed include Park Bogum, IU, Kim Yoo-jung, Satoh Takeru, and more. Basically, it’s your K-ent bias list in real life.
