SEVENTEEN Launches Holiday-Themed Fan Tour in Japan
K-pop sensation SEVENTEEN (members: S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) has officially kicked off their much-anticipated fan meeting tour in Japan. Titled ‘SEVENTEEN 2025 JAPAN FAN MEETING ‘HOLIDAY”, the event begins April 24 in Osaka and will continue through May 11 in Saitama. Despite being a fan meeting rather than a full concert tour, all five shows sold out almost instantly, proving the group’s immense popularity in Japan.
From Dome Shows to Cinema Live Broadcasts
This special event will be held at Kyocera Dome Osaka on April 24, 26, and 27, followed by Saitama Super Arena on May 10 and 11. For fans unable to secure tickets, there’s good news: live-streaming options are being offered, and two key performances will also be broadcast live in over 110 movie theaters across Japan. According to PLEDIS Entertainment, “We wanted to create a stage where SEVENTEEN can connect more closely with their fans. This will be the ultimate holiday filled with joy and laughter.”
SEVENTEEN’s Explosive Popularity in Japan
SEVENTEEN has firmly established itself as one of the most prominent K-pop groups in Japan. Last year, they ranked 4th among all international artists on Japan’s Oricon Year-End Chart, earning over 6.38 billion yen in revenue. Their growing presence culminated in four awards at the 39th Japan Gold Disc Awards, including the prestigious ‘Best Asian Artist’ title.
10th Anniversary with New Album on the Horizon
Celebrating their 10th debut anniversary this year, the group is showing no signs of slowing down. SEVENTEEN is set to release their fifth full album ‘HAPPY BURSTDAY’ on May 26. Along with a string of unit projects, singles, and content releases, the group promises a vibrant schedule ahead. With this fan meeting tour strengthening their bond with CARAT (their fandom name), SEVENTEEN continues to blaze a trail as a global K-pop powerhouse.
