According to Pledis Entertainment, ‘BEAM’ topped China’s major music streaming platform QQ Music’s ‘Digital Bestselling Albums’ daily and weekly chart and ranked second in the annual chart, within just three days of release, proving SEVENTEEN’s immense local popularity. In Japan, the album debuted third on the Oricon ‘Daily Single Ranking’. On its release day, it also clinched the top spot on South Korea’s Hanteo Chart daily album ranking, showcasing their strong fanbase. ‘BEAM’s title track ‘Donggapnegi’ has become a popular trending video on YouTube in several countries including Korea, Japan, the US, and the UK, making it to the top of YouTube’s music video trending worldwide chart. Furthermore, Hoshi and Woozi have been sustaining the album’s momentum through various content. Videos featuring the ‘Donggapnegi’ dance challenge and collaborations with choreographer Choi Young-joon, BTS’s J-Hope, Le Sserafim’s Hong Eun-chae, and SEVENTEEN’s Jun and Wonwoo have surpassed 48 million cumulative views. SEVENTEEN also continues to demonstrate their popularity with previous releases like their Japanese single ‘Shohikigen’ and mini-album ‘SPILL THE FEELS’, ranking second on Oricon’s ‘Weekly Single Ranking’ and ‘Weekly Album Ranking’, respectively. They plan to hold fan meetings in two Japanese cities in April and May and will host the ‘2025 SVT 9TH FAN MEETING ‘ at Incheon Munhak Stadium on the 20th and 21st of this month.
