Lim Seo-won Steps Up to the Mound for KT Wiz
UNIS member Lim Seo-won made a special appearance as the ceremonial first pitcher at the KT Wiz vs. Hanwha Eagles game on July 17, held at Suwon KT Wiz Park. Her appearance was announced by her agency, F&F Entertainment.
Before the first pitch was even thrown, fans were already buzzing with excitement. Lim brought her signature cheerful energy and confident charm to the field, lifting the spirits of both players and spectators with her presence.
Returning as Baseball’s ‘First Pitch Fairy’
This isn’t Lim’s first time stepping onto the mound. Last year, she earned recognition as one of the top ‘first pitch fairies,’ a Korean term used to describe celebrities whose ceremonial first pitches lead to team victories. In fact, she famously threw the first pitch at a KIA Tigers home game, which ended in a win for the team. She also appeared as a presenter at the 2024 JOA Pharmaceutical Pro Baseball Awards.
