Vote Now for K-pop’s No.1 Dance Challenge Idol

Who's the king or queen of the viral dance world? Global K-pop voting app IDOL CHAMP teams up with Kstyle to find out. Fans can vote from Sept 15 to 21, and the winner earns a giant billboard in Shin-Okubo!

Can your bias dominate the dance floor?

If TikTok had a K-pop cousin, this would be it. The hit fan-voting app IDOL CHAMP has teamed up with top Korean entertainment site Kstyle for their first-ever collab project: the “K-STAR BOARD × Kstyle” Best Dance Challenge Idol campaign. Starting September 15, fans can vote for the idol they think owns the dance challenge game.

What’s at stake?

The artist who snags first place will not only win bragging rights—they’ll also get a massive digital ad in the heart of Shin-Okubo, Tokyo’s K-pop central. Oh, and expect a custom spotlight piece on Kstyle too.

How to vote (spoiler: it’s super easy)

  • Voting period: September 15 (Mon) 10:00 AM – September 21 (Sun) 11:59 PM (KST)
  • Where: The “IDOL CHAMP” app
  • How: Choose your favorite idol within the app using Ruby CHAMSIM (20 rubies = 1 vote)

Ruby CHAMSIMs can be earned by watching ads in the app or purchased through the IDOL CHAMP shop. No more climbing rooftops with a boombox—just tap and vote.

Who’s in the running?

The nominee list reads like a dance floor dream team:

  • Jungkook (BTS)
  • Winter (aespa)
  • Ayaka (NiziU)
  • Subin (TOMORROW X TOGETHER)
  • Tzuki (Billlie)
  • I.N (Stray Kids)
  • Ray (IVE)
  • Hanbin (TEMPEST), and more

Across generations and styles, the field is stacked with idols who’ve gone viral for their slick moves and challenge-ready charisma.

Mark your calendar

Winners will be revealed around September 23 on both Kstyle and the IDOL CHAMP app. So whether your bias slays hip-hop, waacks like a pro, or just grooves with a gummy smile—you’ve got a week to help them dance their way to billboard glory.

Why it matters

These kinds of fan-powered events aren’t just for fun—they can push lesser-known idols into the spotlight and even influence future stage performances. It’s like American Idol, but with better outfits and fan cams.

Ready to crown the next viral dancer of K-pop? Your votes could turn your favorite challenge into a Shin-Okubo sensation.
