Xdinary Heroes Crowned Best Band at 2025 K World Dream Awards

Rising K-band Xdinary Heroes won Best Band Artist at the 2025 K World Dream Awards, thrilling fans with a fiery performance and hinting at their global rock takeover.

JYP’s Rockstar Idols Take Home Top Band Honors

Rookie band Xdinary Heroes (often styled XH) just proved they’re more than a K-pop side project. They took the stage—and the trophy—at the 2025 K World Dream Awards, held August 21 at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul, winning the coveted Best Band Artist category.

‘Villains’, This One’s for You

Delivering an emotional speech, members Gunil, Jungsu, Gaon, O.de, Jun Han, and Jooyeon thanked their fans—known affectionately as Villains—in classic idol fashion.

“We’re so grateful to the Villains,” they said. “It’s thanks to you that we’ve come this far and received this amazing award. We’ll keep working hard to become artists worthy of your love.”

Setting the Stage on Fire (Literally)

The group stole the spotlight that night with an electric performance of “FiRE (My Sweet Misery),” one of their most high-energy tracks. With screaming guitar riffs and explosive live vocals, the band brought straight-up rock intensity to the usually pop-focused K-awards night.

Fans were quick to react online, claiming XH “owned the stage” and labeling them “K-pop’s real rock rebels.”

World Tour, Worldwide Buzz

Following their awards win, Xdinary Heroes is keeping momentum high with their ongoing ‘Beautiful Mind’ World Tour. Their next stop? A solo concert in Hong Kong on the 24th. It’s clear the band isn’t just building a discography—they’re building a global fanbase.

The Next Generation of K-Rock?

Xdinary Heroes, formed by JYP Entertainment, is leading a quiet revolution in the idol industry—proving that K-pop can rock just as loud as it pops. Could we be witnessing the rise of a new golden era for K-band music?

As Villains say: Keep it loud, keep it Xtraordinary.
