Star Power Takes the Spotlight
As of 4:59 PM on July 17, the competition for the 2025 Netizen Awards in the CF (commercial film) Model category is heating up, with Hwang Youngwoong currently securing first place with 47,666 votes, accounting for 37.4% of the total. Thanks to his strong brand image and massive fanbase, he continues to hold a commanding lead.
Fierce Competition in the Top Ranks
Hot on his heels is Jung Seojoo, who has garnered 25,800 votes (20.2%), showcasing her popularity and star power, especially after dominating the Female Artist category. Her consistent performance across genres reflects her well-rounded public appeal.
Close behind is actress Park Jihyun, with 14,152 votes (11.1%), followed by Son Taejin with 13,579 votes (10.7%). The gap between them is razor-thin, making the tournament all the more unpredictable. With Son also performing strongly in the Broadcasting category, his rising visibility seems to be boosting his CF vote count as well.
Mid and Low Tier Rankings Remain Active
In fifth place, Kim Hyeyoon maintains a solid presence with 10,907 votes (8.6%). Meanwhile, Jang Minho (7,178 votes, 5.6%) and Byun Wooseok (3,710 votes, 2.9%) continue to showcase the loyalty of their dedicated fanbases.
At the lower end, Yang Jieun (2,504 votes, 2.0%), Song Gain (1,743 votes, 1.4%), and Hyeri (240 votes, 0.2%) trail behind, yet their recognizable public image as beloved CF figures could still turn the tide if fandoms rally toward the end.
More Than Just a Popularity Contest
This year’s CF Model Award isn’t just about securing votes—it’s a comprehensive measure of celebrity branding, public likability, and the unified effort of fan communities. With several days left in the voting window, even small shifts in voter sentiment could dramatically impact the final rankings.
As the countdown continues, all eyes are on whether the current leaders can hold their ground—or if a surprise upset awaits.
