J-Hope Celebrates Successful Solo Tour Wrap at Kyocera Dome

J-Hope of BTS ended his first-ever solo world tour with a spectacular show at Japan’s Kyocera Dome on May 31 and June 1. The event, titled ‘j-hope Tour HOPE ON THE STAGE in JAPAN’, attracted more than 80,000 fans over two sold-out days. To the delight of global ARMYs, the concert was simultaneously broadcast live in theaters across 70 countries, turning it into a worldwide celebration.

A Journey Through 15 Cities and Nearly Half a Million Fans

This concert marked the grand finale of his ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ tour which began at Seoul’s KSPO Dome. Over the course of 15 cities and 31 performances spanning North America and Asia, J-Hope performed for approximately 470,000 fans. Reflecting on the experience, he shared, “This tour was both a huge challenge and a dream come true. I feel honored to have spent this time with you all.”

From Street Beats to BTS Classics

The Kyocera Dome stage featured tracks from J-Hope’s debut solo album Jack In The Box, including fan-favorites like “What if…” and “Pandora’s Box.” He also brought high-energy street dance to the stage with tracks from his special album HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1. Tracks like “Sweet Dreams (feat. Miguel)” and “MONA LISA,” released earlier this year, offered contrasting vibes that showcased his musical range.

The show also included a medley of iconic BTS songs such as “MIC Drop (Japanese ver.),” “Baepsae (Japanese ver.),” and “Dis-ease,” electrifying the dome with ARMY’s synchronized chants and cheers. “I truly felt the love from all over the world throughout this tour,” J-Hope remarked. “But today’s real stars are you—our ARMY. I promise I’ll be back.”

A Milestone Moment for J-Hope

‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ stands as a milestone for J-Hope, marking his first solo world tour after 12 years since debuting with BTS. It embodied his passion for music and artistic growth. “This tour has become a beautiful memory and something I will never forget,” he said, visibly emotional.

Encore Concert and New Digital Single

The journey doesn’t end here. On June 13 and 14, J-Hope will host an encore concert titled ‘j-hope Tour HOPE ON THE STAGE FINAL’ at Goyang Sports Complex in Korea. On the same day at 1 PM KST, he will drop a brand-new digital single, ‘Killin It Girl (feat. GloRilla)’, which will be premiered live for the first time at the concert. This final segment promises to be a heartfelt gift for fans who’ve supported his musical journey.
