Global artist Jennie is rewriting history with her first solo studio album, ‘Ruby.’ According to Hanteo Chart, ‘Ruby’ sold an impressive 661,130 copies in its first week (March 7–13), setting the highest first-week sales record for a K-pop female solo artist in 2024. Additionally, ‘Ruby’ made waves on Apple Music’s global charts, ranking No. 9 on the U.S. ‘Top Albums’ chart—the highest spot ever for a K-pop solo artist—and No. 2 in Europe, marking another record for female K-pop soloists.

Jennie’s title track, ‘like JENNIE,’ continues to climb domestic and international charts, holding strong at the top of major Korean streaming platforms. It debuted at No. 12 on Spotify’s ‘Daily Top Songs Global’ chart and quickly rose to No. 7, proving its sustained popularity. Other tracks from ‘Ruby,’ including ‘Handlebars’ (feat. Dua Lipa), ‘ExtraL’ (feat. Doechii), and ‘Love Hangover’ (feat. Dominic Fike), are also performing well on charts worldwide.

Jennie is set to celebrate the success of ‘Ruby’ with ‘The Ruby Experience’ show at Inspire Arena on March 15.
