NEXZ Begins First Solo Tour in Japan
JYP Entertainment’s rising K-pop group NEXZ (Tomoya, Yuu, Haru, Sogun, Seita, Hui, Yuki) officially kicked off their debut live tour titled ‘NEXZ LIVE TOUR 2025 “One Bite”‘ on June 4 at Culttz Kawasaki in Kanagawa, Japan.
This marks the group’s first headlining concert tour—a landmark achievement since their debut. Tickets for all 18 shows across 15 cities, including Saitama, Niigata, Shizuoka, Aichi, Okayama, Miyagi, Kyoto, Fukuoka, Tochigi, and Osaka, have completely sold out—proof of their surging popularity.
Electrifying Opening Performances
During the opening show, NEXZ performed tracks from their second mini-album ‘O-RLY?’, including the fan-favorite ‘Simmer’ and the energetic title track ‘O-RLY?’. The stage was filled with powerful choreography and dynamic visuals, sweeping the audience into a K-pop-inspired travel adventure—the central theme of the night.
Fans, known as NEX2Y (Nex-tee), were also treated to talk segments that highlighted each member’s unique personality. The group amped up the excitement by unleashing a sneak peek of new, unreleased songs from their upcoming Japanese EP, sending the venue into a frenzy.
Second Japanese EP ‘One Bite’ Drops in July
NEXZ is set to release their second Japanese EP ‘One Bite’ on July 16. The six-track album includes the title song ‘One Bite’, along with ‘Burning Black’, ‘Make It Better’, ‘One Day’, and Japanese versions of ‘O-RLY?’ and ‘Simmer’.
Recent teasers posted on their official social media showcased a sophisticated black-themed jacket image and tracklist, stirring anticipation among fans for what the group calls their fiercest comeback yet.

With a solo tour selling out in one of the world’s biggest music markets and a new EP on the horizon, NEXZ is quickly establishing themselves as a rising force on the global K-pop stage. The group’s performance at the iconic Budokan later this year—an honor for any artist—marks another major milestone in their journey.
