KBS 1TV’s beloved audience-participation audition program, ‘National Singing Contest,’ is set to broadcast its Dalseo-gu, Daegu special on March 16. This episode will feature exciting performances from well-known trot singers, including Bae Il-ho, Ahn Sung-hoon, Kim So-yu, Yoon Seoryeong, and Jo Seong-hee.
The 2,109th episode will take place at Duryu Park’s 2.28 Freedom Square, where 17 teams will showcase their talents in the main competition. Adding to the excitement, Ahn Sung-hoon will kick off the show with ‘Jota,’ followed by Kim So-yu’s powerful rendition of ‘Seongjilmori.’ Yoon Seoryeong will bring energy with ‘Arario,’ while Jo Seong-hee’s emotional performance of ‘Yongseo’ will leave a lasting impression. Bae Il-ho will close the show with ‘Ahuya.’
Beyond the celebrity performances, the episode will highlight unique acts from local residents. Among them, an expectant couple in their fourth month of pregnancy will perform ‘Oh! Happy,’ and a passionate contestant in his 30s will take on ‘Jilpung Gado.’ Additionally, a fun bonus stage featuring spontaneous dance moments from participants’ families promises to entertain viewers.
