On the latest episode of KBS Busan’s variety show “Who Will Raise the Kids?”, singer Bobby Kim traded in his mic for diapers and sippy cups—and let’s just say, he now knows childcare isn’t exactly a walk in the park.
Welcome to Dad Life, Day One
The episode, which aired on July 5, featured Bobby stepping into the shoes of a substitute caregiver for a day. Having only looked after a nephew once or twice, Bobby dove headfirst into full-scale babysitting. It didn’t take long for things to spiral into adorable chaos.
He started the day upbeat, waiting for the kids at a karaoke room (where else?), but when the parents left, tears fell faster than a broken faucet. To win over the shy little ones, Bobby even whipped out some impromptu impersonations—talk about range!
Trains, Tantrums, and Tired Feet
Bobby quickly warmed up to his tiny companions, and despite the sweltering summer heat, took them on a seaside train ride. The fun came with hard work—juggling two kids while sweating buckets is no small feat.
Back at home, things got messier—literally. He struggled through bath time, outfit changes, and what might’ve been the most ambitious toddler dinner prep ever. The kids began going in different directions, and Bobby admittedly hit a wall, exclaiming, “I can’t do this!”
A Heartfelt Reflection
In the end, dinner was served—and so were some real emotions. “I realized being a parent is a whole different world,” Bobby confessed, reflecting on the whirlwind day. He thanked the kids warmly, visibly touched by the experience.

Fans won’t have to wait long to see more of Bobby’s charm. He’s also slated to appear on the talk show “Radio Star” airing July 6, continuing to connect with audiences through his candid, lovable personality.
